Barb was raised in Wyoming, so she has an appreciation for beautiful landscapes, wide-open spaces, with peace and quiet. She attended the University of Wyoming where she attained her J.D. in Law and completed her undergraduate studies, doubling majoring with a  B.A. in Psychology and Administration of Justice. Barb now lives in Louisville, CO, with her husband just minutes away from the beautiful foothills of Boulder CO.  She is enjoying visiting the Bay Area in California these days, where her daughter attends college. Barb loves live music, flowers, and watching college and professional basketball!

If I weren’t a writer/editor I would be: floral shop owner. (Love, love, love flowers!)

My morning routine is: I “slow-wake” by reading the news in bed, morning walk with my dog Ruby, coffee, then start my work for the day.

I most admire: my fifth grade teacher, Mrs. Sandeen. She brought joy and light into the classroom everyday!

My superpower is: tuning out “noise” and turning on laser focus.
